What's Coming Up

  • If you are active duty or prior military and are able to wear your uniform, please wear it to worship that day.  Our preacher is Sergeant First Class (R) Kevin C. Lukacs, U.S.A. We will have a reception with light refreshments following the 11:00am worship service. You are invited to bring a photo of you during your time in the service to be displayed during the reception.

    If you are new to Fairlington and are on active duty, or part of the Guard or Reserve services, please let us know. If you served in the past let us know as well. Give the office your name and branch information by November 5 so we can add you to the bulletin.

    Featuring Stephanie L. Shaefer, Ph.D. LPC

     You're invited to a free informative workshop about communicating with family about finances. Dr. Stephanie Shaefer, licensed family counselor, will provide resources and tips for communicating with your loved ones about money. She has led many workshops on family communication and problem-solving. RSVP for the optional family dinner before the program (6pm)  to Christian (christian@fairlingtonumc.org) by the 11th.
